Cooked, yes; low animal fat, no. In any case, it proves nothing of the sort. A single case can never prove a generalization. As you know well, there are plenty of people who thrive on diets of cooked zero carb foods. I just happened not to be one of them. There is simply no justification for concluding that my failure trumps their success.
