Nicole, thanks for posting the link to that magazine article.

I think that I read that a few months ago, and that is where I found
that he said that the foods recommended were the least
allergy-causing. Perhaps that is why I lost weight and got rid of my
food cravings, and do not have allergic reactions and intolerances.
