Actually, I doubt you could eat very many veggies and
not get enough calcium, especially of you eat green
leafy ones. Some good calcium sources: almonds, brazil
nuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, beet greens,
collard greens, spinach, turnips & greens, figs,
papaya, rhubarb, cabbage, broccoli, squash, salmon.
I'm sure I left some good ones off this list.
