What we want is what we are.

What they want may be flawed, from your point-of-view, jean-claude, but it's
what they want.

What they want is to maximize the flavor .... the taste ... the effect on
their taste-buds.  They wish to thrill to the flow of stimulants.

They wish to be stimulated.

A stimulus evokes a response.   A response is an expression of energy.

If you've expressed it, you ain't got it no more.

The more you seek stimulation, the more depleted you will be.
