Something to keep in mind...  body building, as it's done today, wasn't
something our ancestor's did--yes, they had a fair amount of muscle, but it
was built differently, from different activities.  Odds are, their
requirements were a little different because of that, just as those of a
marathon runner are different than a weight lifter or a swimmer, even...
Phillip's needs will most likely be on the upper limits just because his
sport takes him to an extreme, in that sense.
