Todd said that tomatoes cause his psoriasis to get worse.

I'm starting to think that tomatos might cause problems for me too. I hate
to admit it because it is one more food that if I eliminate just makes it a
bit harder.

I haven't had tomatoes in the last 5 days and am feeling better. I will
introduce them back into my diet in a few more days and see if things get
worse. For me it's bowel problems not psoriasis.

On that list I could add chile peppers of course as they are also a "New
World" food and I haven't had too many of them recently either. I need to
test these but I love peppers and hot spicey food.

Anyone else have problems with these?
