Speaking of off topic for the list... (Sorry, I don't mean to be picking
on you today John. Your lmails are just easier to respond to.) A lot of
what is discussed here seems off-topic to me, weight training for
example. I've seen the charter-thing, but what is this list about
anyway? Is this a bible-study-type list where everything in NeanderThin
is on topic and otherwise is not?

I think your point here is that colon cleaning is off-topic since it's
not about food.? But weight training as I've said is not about food
either. Curing ills is not about food either. Anything that's not about
helping you eat paleo, would be off-topic, including non-instructional
hunting lmails.
