Same here. I find it hard to eat a high protein
breakfast. It started when I was a kid trying to gag
down bacon and eggs (any style). My system was simply
not ready for it. What I usually eat for breakfast
nowadays is a couple of pieces of fruit or a fruit
smoothie. Keeps me going until my mid-morning snack
which is usually jerky and/or some nuts. Try it. I
find it much more satisfying (and much more
digestable) than grains in the morning. And it's paleo.
