Just curious!  Does anyone on this list consider amaranth, quinoa and
buchwheat seeds paleo?  As far as I know, none of the above seeds are
from grasses and aren't actually grains (although, they do tend to be
lumped in with the other grains).  Amaranth is similar to plantain -
native americans used to use plantain seeds.

Does anyone have any information on these seeds?
