Re your paleo definitions:- I'm afraid that Aajonus Vonderplanitz's Primal Diet should not have been included as a palaeolithic-type diet, but as a pseudo-palaeolithic-type diet. The Primal Diet involves truly massive amounts of the very unhealthy raw dairy, it's better than Weston-Price as Aajonus at least doesn't recommend grains, but that's about it. Oh, and he also recommends some highly processed non-palaeo foods such as the antinutrient-heavy veggie-juice(yes, they ate solid veg in palaeo times but they had no juicers) as well as raw coconut cream, and 1 or 2 others I forget(raw cacao powder?)

Oh, and thanks very much for including the raw, palaeolithic diet as 1 of the variants within palaeo.

Geoff
