I'm writing this from memory.........the Eades mention floaters and sinkers
in their book Protein Power.  Floaters are better than sinkers.  Why?
Arachidonic acid.  On a low-carb diet in which red meat and eggs are
abundantly consumed, there can be an excess of arachidonic acid.  Some
people are senstive to a.a.  and it can cause an inflammation response.
That's all I remember.  And I hope I'm not remembering it wrongly.  Dig out
your books.  I'm nowhere near mine.

Nuts eaten in abundance can cause pale, greasy floaters.  Don't ask me how I
know this.  :-o
