Friends,

I am new to the Paleo diet - I have a few questions and was hoping for some advice from those with experience!

First - how do you get over the first couple of weeks and the cravings? Seriously, any tricks?

Second - does anyone have experience with reversing gout with this type of program? I've read the research and know it can be done, but I'd like to hear from someone who has experienced this.

Thanks,

Robin
