I agree with everyone about the uselessness of antibiotics
against colds and flus.  Chicken soup is a wonder, isn't it? :-)
But unfortunately I tend to get a secondary sinus infection
with a flu.  These sinus infections have in the past gone to
my lungs and I've ended up with bacterial pnumonia twice.
I do take antibiotics for sinus infections - they hurt a lot and
frankly I'm very much afraid of another round of pnumonia.

Happily enough, I went from having 5-6 colds/flus/sinus infections per
year to around 1 per year.  I wish I could pinpoint what I'm
doing differently.  There are a few suspects, but I'm not
really sure.
