Hi, Anne (Washburn)!
You asked about typical daily menus and got no apparent response. If others
are like me, we didn't respond because our daily routine seems rather
boring. Personally, I usually eat three eggs over easy and three slices of
bacon for breakfast every day. I have a large salad from the supermarket
salad bar for lunch (lettuce, spinach, celery, carrots, cucumbers, onions,
tomatoes, bell peppers, jalepeno peppers, and either chicken strips or taco
meat), and for dinner I have a large steak. I snack on fruit (bananas,
apples, grapes) and nuts (almonds, pecans). I also drink a few beers which
is are really allowed but what can I say). That's about it for me. I don't
usually cook much or experiment with recipes. Sometimes I grill other meat
like chicken breasts or wings. See why we didn't respond?:-) Good luck!
