Doug was in Los Angeles a few months ago giving lectures ahd selling his
books and tapes. You try reaching him by e-mail. [log in to unmask]

He is a raw food athlete and is definately against grains. However he is
also against the consumption of meat even raw. I enjoyed talking to him.
