Zack, bless your heart, but it's not always nutrition that helps with this, it is hormones, although that can be SOMEWHAT addressed by food, absolutely.  I would ask you guys to check out johnleemd.com, just read what he has to say...he is dead, by the way, and I have no affiliation with him whatsoever, but his hormone research has saved my life in more ways than one.  My marriage, my diet, my managing-of-peri-menopause, etc.  Just a thought...you will find stuff on there about getting pregnant, too...

My wife and I are trying to conceive.  Does anyone know where I can get
information on improving our fertility (especially for her)?

I am doing some research, but i see conflicting reports.  also, if anyone
knows of a site with a daily menu for female fertility improvement, that
would be awesome.
