Would you be willing to share your recipe (perhaps on the PALEORECIPE list)?

I also believe that it would be a good idea to eat more kangaroo meat, but
I always seem to end up buying the more traditional beef or lamb. The smell
and taste of 'roo have never really appealed to me, but I'm willing to
experiment.
