My children (teens and older) who refuse to go paleo keep getting colds
etc.  I keep reminding them that I don't get sick.  The other day I
started to get a soar throat.  They started teasing me about it. Of
course, I hadn't been very faithful to the paleo diet that day and I
knew that was why the soar throat came. The next day I was very careful
and the soar throat went away.  In the mean time my children keep
