The paleo diet is a range from the far north in winter to the tropics 
going from zero carb to high carb although natural with minimal 
processing.  There is no "one" paleo diet and zero carb is only one 
variation but a variation none the less.

I don't even think that zero carb represents the majority of the 
discussion - it's just a subset.  The point about bone health is 
unsubstantiated as far as I'm concerned.
