in my own case, i don't think it had anything to do with whether the beef
was grass-fed or grain-fed.  once i added enough fiber in the form of fresh
vegetables, the symptoms disappeared, and i continue to eat lots of grocery
store (presumably grain-fed?) beef, with no problems.
but perhaps in the case of someone who was extremely senstive to gluten, it
could be the reason.
