Coconut milk contains less than half the fat and calories of cream.  If you
buy it canned, such as Thai Kitchen (regular,  not the lite stuff), it
contains 9 grams of fat, 1 gram of carbs, and 1 of protein, 90 calories per
1/4 cup.

It's rich in short and medium chain SFAs with antiviral, antifungal,
