There used to be a saying: "as easy as duck soup". Even had a movie titled  
for that - see "Duck Soup".
Requires: one pot, water,salt,duck,fire (or other source of heat). Bring  
to boil, simmer until tender.
I've done it. It's good.
I always put an onion in, this may be due to neolithic experience or it  
might be a mental glitch caused by frustration from reading arguments  
attempting to prove that fire=cooking.
