I agree that an occasional bit of chocolate isn't going to kill you, of
course.

Chocolate causes me problems so I cannot eat it much. Also, I find chocolate
is quite addictive even in the low carb version sweetened with stevia.
Coffee has a self limiting factor for me, but chocolate encourages binge
eating for me and makes it very hard to stick to paleo eating. I avoid it.
