Hi, Gang!
Like some of you, I also suffer from seasonal allergies which are much less
severe on a paleo diet. The last few days they have flared up quite a bit.
I haven't yet noticed any particular paleo food that contributes them like
fruit or nuts and I've pretty much just resigned myself to ride out the
season. But why do we have them? Why would plants and pollens and molds
cause this reaction? Aren't these quite natural substances that would have
been part of our environment while naked on the savanah? Wouldn't a
sneezing caveman be a rather poor hunter? Perhaps modern factors other than
diet (like polution, chemicals, EMF's, etc) are culprits.
