That's it though - if Cordain's book HAD informed of the science then the
fitness industry would understand it OR, at least, those who are new to the
theory could at least have the chance to review the rationale. I wouldn't
classify myself a paleo and I did not read the book, but I think it might be
a downgrade in an attempt to sell to the mass market. It probably should
have been more thoroughly written.
