Donna,
I have had hair mineral analysis on 3 occasions. I found that my iron,
calcium, magnesium and manganese were extremely high and the most recent test
also showed high mercury levels. I was given food recommendations based on my
specific mineral levels that included avoiding dairy. The theory is that ones
tissue mineral levels must be in balance in order to effectively lose weight.
There is a website www.meltdown.com that deals with this. I can't report any
change in food cravings or ability to lose weight, but then I am still not in
balance. I HAVE learned not to treat myself with mineral supplements.
