<<Is tuna a good source of EPA? Farm-raised salmon?>>

Tuna is lower than salmon and seldom used. Farm-raised salmon, or fish of
any kind, is useless. They are actually fed fish oil because they don't
produce any on the grain-based diet. This is one of the biggest errors of
humans. These fish are harvested when they are fairly small because they
cannot live long on this diet. I would not eat this fish if it was the only
flesh left on earth.
