Course he's deceased, so it's past tense. I heard that many years ago (where
did I read this, was it Ray's book? I forget) he decided to eat only
meat/fish/fruits/veggies.

I also read that for a long time he slept 15 minutes each hour rather than
sleeping at night for a long continuous period.

He certainly was a freethinker and led an examined life
