The dictionary is wrong. A theory is a story/explanation based on 
demonstrable fact, and nothing else.
Same as the legal requirement when testifying in a court of law to tell 
"the truth, the whole truth, and nothing else."
I used dictionary to look up "science" and found a cloud of drivel.
