Or, to put it another way.... Never ascribe to malign intent that which
can be explained by mere incompetence.   (Is that a version of Occam's
Razor?)  You only have to look at any other article in this particular
publication to know the answer to this one.   Not exactly overflowing
with high journalistic achievement.
