A fair comment.  I'm very athletically active and weigh 150 pounds. 
According to Rosedale, three or four "servings" a day are perfect for
me.  I forget exactly what his formula is, though, since I calculated
my protein requirements a year or so ago.  Thanks for pointing out that
the range must be calculated for the individual.  I *would* be
surprised, though, if the recommendations vary materially from three to
four pack of card sized servings for 90% of the population.  I've been
wrong before, though.
