Hi Neandertwins,
Do you store your pemmican in the fridge? How long will it keep? I guess if
you eat it alot you don't have to worry about it keeping.
The suet, it is just beef lard, right? I have looked for organic lard or beef
fat, and no one has it around here, even at the Whole Foods Mkt.
Did you have to develop a taste for pemmican or did you enjoy it upon first
taste?
