Yeah, the shaved turkey was from the deli, so I'm sure it had some
additives, but I was in a lunch bind and running around the grocery store
like a chicken with its head cut off trying to figure out what to eat while
on my lunch 3/4 hour. It wasn't flavored or smoked or anything like that.
I think today I'm going to have the rotisserie chicken--anything in there
that should concern me?

By the way, I'm going camping this weekend--any meal ideas? We're not in
the boonies by any means, but we only have a fire pit and a cooler. I
prepared some foil packs with cut up beef, onions, green peppers, zucchini
to put on the fire, and have jerky made (homemade). Any other ideas? I'm
sure I'll also indulge in a few hot dogs because I just have to have them
when camping over a fire. I know that hot dogs are a far cry from paleo,
but some pleasures in life are just too good to give up :-), and for me a
hot dog over an open fire while camping is one of them.

Well, gotta go, I need to get some work done.
