One of the improvements I've had on paleo was that my acne has started
to clear up, but after 3 months or so it's still not gone. I was told
that nuts are a common aggravator of acne so I am leaving them out for
a while to see if my skin clears up more. I suspect I might be
intolerant to them to some extent- I had a headache one morning after
giving them up, and they were making me feel hungry almost they way
bread did.
