Hi everyone,
I have been eating 90% paleo since January. I did it for health
reasons, since I cannot have gluten at all and then found I reacted to
nearly all grains. Big question: My c-reactive protein level is
really really high. Does anyone know if that's common on the paleo
diet? I am only in my 30s, am in fabulous shape (after losing 50
pounds in the past year on my gluten-free diet) and had no other
abnormal blood tests. My total cholesterol is in the 160 range and the
ratios are fabulous.

Thoughts, anyone?

Kathleen
