Ah, thanks Judy. That would rule it out then.

I had been under the impression that buckwheat flour was made from some
easily edible part of the plant. But truthfully I have no idea even what a
bluckwheat plant looks like, much less which parts of it might be edible by
scrounging cave-folks...
