Richard,

I went all day today and only started eating at 5.30. I had quite a
few hunger pangs, but not as bad as yesterday. I am tempted to not
even take any food with me tomorrow then I will HAVE to wait.

My big dilemma now is what time to eat in the evening. I do a lot of
training between 6.30 and 10 (some days I start at 7.30). Today I ate
at 6pm, half an hour before I started. I felt a bit bloated at first,
but I'm not sure if I could have lasted happily until 10. I had bacon,
eggs and mushrooms just (11pm) so I've had two meals. If I waited
until now to eat I would have had just one meal- and I'm not sure if
that would have given me adequate calorific intake. I guess the way to
find out is to eat like that for a while and see if I get long term
hunger.

Incidentally, does anyone have an idea what the starvation point (ie
minimum number of calories) would for an active 22yo male? (Or anyone
for that matter.) I've always assumed it is around 1500 calories for a
typical human, but I've got no idea where I pulled that number from.

Ashley
