If you are ALLERGIC to citrus, grapefruit is also out.
If intolerant to citrus, which is what the case is most of the time, it
is the same thing, however it can be corrected by b5, calcium, serine,
royal jelly, and comfrey.
Just taking pantothenic acid (B5) will do the trick most of the time.
