The RDA for zinc is 15mg/day. Venison has about 2.9
mg/100g. So you'd have to eat about a half kilo to get that
much. It has very little selenium, but brazil nuts are a good
source of selenium, with almost 3,000 mcg/100g. Brazil nuts also
have 4.6 mg/100g of zinc. The RDA for selenium is about
70mcg/day. It would be hard to eat enough venison to get that
much, but a handful of brazil nuts would do it easily.
