I can't abide the taste of pork rinds.  About a year ago I used some for
"breading" with sage and thyme mixed in but I could still taste something I
didn't like.  They can't be that good for the system if they cause such a
queasy sensation.  UGH!!!  I agree about the trans fats but nothing to back
it up.....
