I grind walnuts in my old* oval Krups coffee 
grinder and add them on top of my eggs for 
breakfast, before putting on the homemade applesauce and then the berries.

Other people use ground nuts to bake with.

* They lowered the blade on the new ones and the nuts gunk up.
