Theoretically, the answer to your problems is strict raw paleodiet,
specifically whole raw mice.
See the movie "Never Cry Wolf" and/or "The Snow Walker".
Looks like extreme measures are called for here.

Practically, it looks like a zero carb diet composed of raw animal fat,
raw meat, raw innards should work if you could find some meat you can
eat. Probiotics should help; the only stuff that works for me is EM (I use
SCD EM Plus™): http://www.scdworld.com/ Possibly some raw bone, and if
like me you can't imagine eating a whole raw mouse, how about minnows or
similar? Maybe raw sardines, possibly dried.

Allergies are supposedly caused by mineral deficiencies. Paleodiet should
fix that for those young enough, but over a certain age raw is necessary
since our bodies no longer create all the enzymes needed for proper
digestion.

Environment is also important, see:

Eschew *everything* plant-source or "processed". Too many problems.
