I don't think it's about diet. Repetitive stress syndromes are from
habitual holding patterns; i.e., muscles working harder than they need to
when performing tasks. By all means, do not believe anything conventional
doctors say about this. Do check out acupuncture, therapeutic massage,
chiropractic, and movement awareness disciplines like Feldenkrais.

Also, do consider all the stuff about changing work positions, keyboards,
chairs, etc. Anything to help your body do it differently. I guess the
Paleo idea would be to go take a walk in the woods, on the theory that if
whatever you're doing is that monotonous, it must be bad for you.
