How long do eggs keep in the refrigerator? I heard someone on the radio from
the Egg Board or whatever it was called saying they will last at least a
year.(refrigerated) Is that true?

How important is it to eat them absolutely fresh? I am making some out of
date ones (by only a few weeks) as we speak.
