I would think that taking into account what we have now to choose from the
local grocery store, what people need to properly operate on, and keeping
with the paleo guide lines, that someone could come up with something for
today. you would have to consider today's selection of available food, of
course. Then there's the question of whether its paleo or not. Eliminating
non-paleo items of course would give you a definite list with which to
choose a variety. If the requirements, are the basis for a random search, on
a day to day basis, you might be able to plan out a whole weeks shopping
list. Or instead of picking things randomly, you could pick things by "How
many days has it been since I had this last". There would have to be
correlation's between the different foods also, such as, if I ate this and
that, would I be getting enough of or, too much of this or that nutrient,
according to the requirements? You would also need to edit the list of foods
and requirements over time as new information is found.
I may want to eat like a cave man, as much as I can, but I sure as hell
don't want to live like one.
