I was also amazed that Cordain promotes canola oil so highly (and in fact
submitted that as a question to him). I've read awful things about canola
oil. Just because the omega 6/omega 3 ratio for canola oil is good doesn't
mean it's a good product over all. Sometimes Cordain's heavy focus on omega
3 seems to overwhelm other factors that might actually be more important.
