Hi Robert--

I just meant that people with crapola diets are sludged out mentally and
not very creative thinkers healthwise. Maybe it's a vibrational thing.
Lowcarb or I should say lower carb is helping me, but it's something new
for me except that I tried the old Atkins diet 20 years ago. I have
tried to eat right for about 10 years since I visited some resthomes and
saw all these people in wheelchairs. It woke me up to the fact that I'd
better seriously start practicing what I had read. I don't know what
basement samadhi means--sounds Buddhist. But I agree that things come
slowly over time trying to do better and better and reaching higher and
higher levels. A doctor on the Internet (Walt Stoll) calls it "walking
in the light". Mary J.
