I rarely eat anything with sugar...
My main diet consists of veg & fruit first, then protein with emphasis on
fish.
I do eat tubers several times a week. Beans now and then.
I also eat some whole grain stuff, sourdough bread,brown rice, oats but in
small quantity. Also eat yogurt on occasion.
I know these are not paleo things but they are eaten in small quantity. Like
stated above, my diet emphasis is on plant matter. Accompanied by lean
meats/fatty fish.
I do use flax alot as well.
