I don't have a weight problem but have Crohn's disease and I would say corn and wheat are definitely the worst offenders for wreaking havoc with my system. I rarely eat dairy anymore though hard cheeses don't seem to bother me much. The only beans I eat are lentils once in a while and I avoid other legumes except peanut butter once in a while.
