I go for 2 oz. max per meal and just leave it at that.  Why?  I hate math
and I've looked at labels and nutrient-count books long enough to know that
the meats I'm eating are so close to this formula that aiming for absolute
perfection wouldn't be worth my time.  Life's short!  I mean, hey, you're
talking to someone who files away socks in the orders of color, length and
weight; for me to go with a ballpark range is a GOOD thing!
